I am Marilyn Goodwin, the founder of MGoodwin and Associates. Throughout my career, I used my OD and L&D expertise to help leaders and employees achieve their full potential, which in turn enabled companies to achieve their strategic objectives. After many years in the corporate world, at Lilly, USAA, H-E-B, and Whataburger, I decided the best way to do what I love is to partner with leaders in a consulting role to engage their teams to grow as individuals and achieve high levels of success. 

I have partnered with leaders in organizations to create: 

• The development and change strategy for a new line of business, now with 9 locations and growing
• A high performing team model including leadership development, competency model, and success profiles to prepare for a system-wide expansion while preserving culture and values
• A Performance Management process, tools, and training for a transition from start-up to stabilized operations 
• Curriculum for high potential leaders to ensure a pipeline of current and future leaders for increased company growth
